Spring Open Day - call out for VOLUNTEERS

A lot of planning has gone into this event, and we need your help to ensure the Spring Open day is successful.

Any time you can spare on the day would be amazing - you do not need to commit to helping for the whole day! Ideally, we’ll get enough people volunteering that everyone has the opportunity to have a break and enjoy the day. Plus, it's always a lot of fun getting to know so many people!

If you are able to help on the day, please send us an email to northbrightoncg@gmail.com and let us know if you have any preference where you would like to help and the timeframe you would be available.

Help required on the day:

Bake or Plant Sale stand

BBQ stand – cooking & selling

Setting up & packing up infrastructure

Selling of raffle tickets

General helper aka floater - help direct visitors and cover stands as needed.

Can't make it on the day? Why not consider baking something for the bake sale?

Plant Fosterers Needed

Do you have a sunny protected spot at home? Our greenhouse is overflowing with seedlings we're growing for our spring sale, and we need people to foster a tray of seedlings. Let us know if you can help.

Spring Open Day -BAKE SALE

Each year we’ve had an incredible bake sale thanks to the members of our community for donating some seriously delicious baked goods.  Then other member’s buying and enjoying the baked goods.

We would love to match previous year’s bake sale and are looking for donations of baked goods on the day.  Preferably items that can be sold individually.  Sweet or Savoury – the choice is yours!

Please remember to label with ALL ingredients.

Happy Gardening
