On the 8th of February at 4pm we will hold our first Annual General Meeting, under the expectations set out within our constitution.
This meeting will include:
1. A brief note from the Chairperson informing of current finances, membership and a recap of the last ten months
2. Overview of the vacant management group positions, nominations and voting
3. Some ideas/potential events and projects moving forward
4. A small question time
More details will be released and emailed out directly to plot holder members, general members and the wider community.
